HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Assist in new employee orientation and internal training programmes.
  • Coordination for training schedule and update of training record.
  • Assist in processing and arranging of all training registrations and follow-up on course confirmation and payment.
  • Assist in training materials update and development of new training materials.
  • Process medical card for confirmed employees and ensure Company’s panel doctor database record is accurate.
  • Admin functions which include stationery and groceries, Company printed forms, renewal of insurance for delivery vehicles, Company transport, administer arrangement of well wishes gift etc.
  • Assist in corporate tele-communication services including land lines and mobile handsets and ensure billing records are accurate.
  • Assist in internal and external audits of management systems.
  • Maintain and update employees’ records in HR systems and files.
  • Monitor, update and process HR leave system according to Company’s policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
