1960s

1966

TEEHAI established in Singapore on 22nd July 1966

Founder Mr Han Chin Fong started this business at 27 years old

1970s

The first office was at St George’s street with only a few members

Key business was providing Research & Diagnostic chemicals

1980s

TEEHAI entered into the Electronics industry with the supply of high-purity specialty chemicals & ultra-pure process chemicals.

1990s

TEEHAI’s 2 key facilities were built in Tuas

TEEHAI entered Pharmaceutical industry with GMP materials

TEEHAI started Supply Chain Services for Electronics industry

Industry 1st:
Appointed Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) Hub by a major wafer fab in Singapore

Industry 1st: Establish Chemicals Procurement Hub

Industry 1st: Established 1st Workforce Solutions Hub for Electronics industry

Industry 1st: Establish management of high-value finished silicon wafers

Serves 1st Solar customer & marking entry into this industry

Industry 1st: Establish 1st GMP Materials & MRO Procurement Hub

Industry 1st: Establish 1st Logistics Hub as released warehouse for the Life Sciences industry

Awarded Secure Trade Partnership (STP) by Singapore Customs

2014

Complete Singapore’s largest DG facility in the east to serve the Electronics industry

2015

Complete largest purpose-built T15 GxP facility in Singapore & S.E. Asia to serve the Life Sciences industry

2017

Appointed Regional Distribution Hub by a major Life Sciences supplier

2018

Brand launch for new beginnings

2019

Brenntag signed an agreement to enter a 51/49 joint venture with TEEHAI in April

2020s

TEEHAI 100% wholly owned by Brenntag in May
